PEERS® Social Skills Teen Group
The PEERS® curriculum from UCLA is an evidence-based program was specifically designed for teens and young adults, focusing on the typical interactions with their peers. This curriculum teaches real-world skills – how to start and maintain conversations, where to find and meet friends, how to tell jokes, how to navigate disagreements with others, how to enter and exit a group conversation, and much more. In short, this class will teach you conversational social skills that young people actually use rather than social skills taught straight out of a textbook.
PEERS® Youth, Teen, & Young Adult is for neurodiverse individuals ages 14-28. Each session will have different age ranges depending on who else has signed up previously or is on our wait list. This group will be geared towards teens ages 14-18 and will meet Wednesdays 6 – 7:30pm PST, in office or via Zoom, May 13th – August 12th, 2026. We do our best to get everyone in a class as soon as we can. Concurrent enrollment for parents in the PEERS® Parents component will run every other week virtually via Zoom. Details will follow upon enrollment.
During PEERS® course, participants may attend all age-appropriate EvoClubs, free of charge!
