SpringBoard is back to prepare middle schoolers and high schoolers for the return to school! Now offered in a hybrid format with a choice of attending in person or via Zoom. We’re going to get your kids (ages 12-15) ready to return to school by going over:
- Executive functioning strategies
- Backpack checks
- Planner essentials
- Staying calm and managing stress
- Note-taking and study skills
…as well as getting up at an earlier time preparing for their first day of school. But – it’s not all work! We’ll also be having fun with games and activities!
