Communication and Professional Etiquette
This class meets Wednesdays 4-5:30pm PST, in office or via Zoom, March 18th – June 10th.
This 13-week program is specifically designed to teach older teens and young adults the soft skills we knew they were missing when they entered college or the workplace – the skills that are essential to surviving and thriving as an adult, such as:
- Understanding Personal Boundaries
- Listening
- Giving and Receiving Criticism
- Self-Advocacy
- Focusing
- Managing Rigidity
- Managing Sensory Challenges
- Emotional Regulation
- Personal Hygiene
- Business Etiquette
The course is taught in closed cohorts with a hybrid format (either in office or via Zoom) and lesson recordings will be sent to students after each class.
