Just Unemployed & Looking Emotional Support (JULES) group is designed to prevent the burnout and emotional fatigue that can accompany the job search process. In this class, we cover topics such as mental health, emotional regulation and mindfulness allowing students to implement tools not only within their career, but various areas of life. The group dynamic offers engaging curriculum, as well as peer connection with supportive open discussions.
JULES is currently being offered both in-person and remotely via Zoom. This 10-week series can be started at any time, but pre-registration is required. Cost is $1200 for the 10 weeks. For more information and to register, please contact programs@evolibri.com.
