EvoLibri runs our flagship Workplace Adaptability Program every week via zoom or in person in our Santa Clara office. We designed this 14-week program specifically to teach older teens and young adults the soft skills we knew they were missing when they entered college or the workplace – the skills that are essential to surviving and thriving as an adult, such as:
– Understanding Personal Boundaries
– Listening
– Giving and Receiving Criticism
– Self-Advocacy
– Focusing
– Managing Rigidity
– Managing Sensory Challenges
– Emotional Regulation
– Personal Hygiene
– Business Etiquette
In 2024 we will run cohorts on:
– January 5th- March 22nd 10am -12pm
– May 3rd- July 26th 10am- 12-pm
– September 6th- November 29th 10am -12pm
